This is your chance to attend the highly praised and most comprehensive, practical and potentially lifesaving self=defence workshop available today.

Comprehensive 3 hour theory and practice. This is NOT karate or Kung fu under a different name, this is a specially researched and developed self-defence course aimed at women, giving you everything you need to look after yourself and your family. In times of crisis, you cannot rely on the police or others to come to the rescue, you must become your own first responder. No you do not need any ‘experience’ I will show and explain what to do and give you the opportunity to practice.

This is your chance to learn what, where, when, how and why this is possibly the most important workshop you will ever attend. This is not Taekwondo or any other Martial Art. We do not expect to turn you into a martial arts expert in one easy lesson (If you do know any martial arts than this will show you the reality – I have studied and practised many martial arts over the last 45 years), but we do aim to teach you how to avoid trouble if you can and what happens when you can’t. The different physical and mental effects of walking into trouble or being taken by surprise, and the different responses. We will cover all aspects, from dealing with the drunk relative at the wedding reception to the psycho down the dark alley, including knife attacks. For every woman, 12 years plus. No special clothing required, though I would recommend not wearing your best outfit – think what would you be wearing if you did need to defend yourself, given the choice?
