This is your chance to have fun whilst learning how to get and stay physically and mentally fit, healthy and well using practical Natural Human Movement rather than contrived gym routines, machines and bootcamp repetitions. An inclusive workshop for everyone 12 years plus.
Learn to move from the ground up, methodically, using practical natural movements so that you can move through your environment effectively and efficiently gaining natural fitness, mobility and strength safely along the way. Level 2 Certified MovNat UK Trainer over 10 years. Outdoor workshop, so please wear weather appropriate clothing. You will be crawling in the grass, so if you’re sensitive to grass, please cover up. Appropriate footwear please, (we will not be going barefoot in this workshop) and minimalist shoes are good if you have them. We will stop midday for lunch and although there is a café on site it has a captive audience and the prices reflect this. I would recommend bringing a packed lunch along with a drink to keep hydrated during the day, as we will be out of reach of shops during the workshop. Venue to be confirmed.
