Over 70 instructional and class videos, with bonus videos on ‘chaining’ – breakdown of how to practice getting up of the floor (Including a routine for those that have had knee replacement and cannot put weight/kneel on their knees), and an instuctors ‘Top 2 Toe’ mobility workout, for yourself, to help keep in trim.
The course covers progressive levels to cover all abilities, from Level 1 where all exercise movements are performed from a seated position, to Level 2 where we start to transition to standing , and on to an up tempo routine for those already relatively fit and and able who want to be ‘kept on their toes’. The training course also includes resistance bands, bean bags, step, cognative movements and more.
There is also a video on Dementia, and tools in the Training manual to help with dementia and related illnesses.
