The ideal place to practice yoga. Start the day with fresh clean non poluted air, gather energy from the sea as you stretch and revitalise the body, listening to the birds singing in the background and the gentle lapping of the waves on the shore,  starting the day relaxed, calm and with a smile.
 Finish off the working day and stretch away all those tight spots. Loosen up the body, clear the mind and relax the soul to start the evening afresh.

Feel alive and connected

Sessions are also great for runners and others who need to stretch the body after working out. If you dont stretch properly and consistantly, you performance will suffer

Weekday Mornings                                                                            £5 per session

Tues                    7 - 8 am                                                       or 10 sessions for the price of 6 (pay in advance)
                                                                                                                               

Weekday Evenings                                                                                  

Wed                 6 - 7 pm

Mats provided, though you are welcome to use your own if you wish. If you come during the winter months remember to add an extra layer - you can always take it off when you warm up. On 'bad weather' days we will be inside, but still with view of sea, and warm :-)
