  HBT is a low impact class designed to
  stretch tone & strengthen the body as a whole rather than
  building big bulky muscle.
 
  The classes are for all ages and fitness levels.  They are non
  competitive with each individual being guided through at
  their own pace.





 Not racing or competing with others allows everyone to  concentrate on their own body's movement and posture,  and therefore gain the most from the experience for  themselves. After a few weeks you will notice an increased
 suppleness,  firmer body tone & vitality that practicing HBT
 brings.
 This will not just benefit you 'in the gym', but will help you  in your day to day life; a clearer mind with sharper focus  and  better concentration, improved flexibility to bend &
 stretch, reach & turn and move about with greater ease.

  HBT is a carefully designed mix of the best-of -the-best for your body and           mind, using long established, recognized & highly regarded elements of
  yoga,  meditation & martial arts along with dietary advice for those looking for
  a little  extra
.  The classes start with a brief meditation segment to clear & focus
  the mind, followed by a gentle warm-up to ready the body for the session
  ahead.
 
  Next a series of movements & postures based on Martial arts start to raise the       heartbeat, increase bloodflow, and work the cardio-vascular system, (heart &
  lungs), whilst putting the body through a selected range of action based
  motions aimed at targeting specific body areas & performance outcomes.
 
  This is followed by a section incorporating the benefits of both Hatha yoga &
  the flowing Ashtanga vinyasa in which the body movements are coordinated
  with the flow of the breath.  These tone the body and stretch the muscles. 

  Next we move on to Tai Chi-Chi Gong breathing to feed the body & muscles
  fresh oxygen and to 'cool down'.

  Finally this is followed by a short meditation to leave you feeling fresh, calm,
  relaxed and invigorated.
